Facilities

Knap Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 people and comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.  There is a large lounge with open fire and outstanding views across the bay, feature hallway, dining area, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower over the bath.  There patio area is equipped with seating, a table and parasol, allowing you to relax and enjoy the fantastic views.

The property has oil fired central heating plus an open fire, cooking is by electricity with the kitchen being equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc.  The lounge contains a widescreen television with Freeview and DVD, a CD player and selection of books and games are also available.  There is also a telephone for incoming calls, and W-Fi is included.

The rental includes:
+  All bedding, bed linen, and towels.
+  Electricity, and heating oil, wood/coal for the open fire is available in        Lochgilphead (at the petrol station).

We are happy to accommodate one small well-behaved dog.

The property is strictly non-smoking.

Weekly prices range between £479 and £1,017 depending on the season, shorter breaks are available out with peak periods.  Please contact us to check availability and prices.
